The Atlantic Motel

We had a last minute issue with our room at a different motel, and the Atlantic was able to fit us in! They were very accommodating and genuinely nice people. The room was recently updated, and though there were a few minor cosmetic things, it was clean and well maintained. Great location too!

Beautiful, clean, updated hotel with great views of Hampton Beach! Nice rooms and comfortable beds. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful as always, we have stayed there a several times.

Service was friendly and attentive, super accommodating to let us check in early and utilize the parking before the official time. Location was perfect right across from the beach, but on the Northern end of the strip so it was quieter. Rooms have been remodeled and look nice but not the most quality work (in the bathroom the flooring was a little soft, some mildew along edge of ceiling tiles as fan was not working, some trim pulling away, a/c stopped working in the middle of the night due to the breaker). Nothing that interfered with the quality of our trip and definitely would look at coming back again

Let me tell you! This was our first time to Hampton Beach. I wanted my family to have easy and close access to the beach with ocean views for when we were not at the beach. This location did NOT disappoint. Beach access is right across the road. There is also a pool to swim in and a shower to rinse off the sand. We had a standard kitchenette room that came with a full bed and a twin trundle which was perfect for our 2 daughters. We were able to prepare meals and have food to cut down on eating out. The staff were so pleasant and nice. And they do a really great job at keeping the rooms and outside areas cleaned. There is designated parking behind in a fenced in parking lot. The boardwalk strip in just minutes away and it's quieter and less traffic. This made me feel comfortable as I have a very independent 4 year old, who extremely excited for the beach We sat outside at night on the balcony watching the ocean. There are seating areas for everyone to quietly sit and enjoy. I am definitely coming back here again. It's very family friendly and they check in with you via text to make sure everything is good and allows you to communicate if you need anything. I would however suggest putting a broom a dustpan in each room. Even though we washed off as much sand as possible. We still tracked in quite a bit. I have sensory issues and I'm a clean freak so having sand on my feet before bed, bothered me. I requested a broom and the brought it immediately. To the staff at Atlantic. You are all amazing . Thank you for your hospitality and enjoy the remainder of the season.

Location is fantastic. Room was fine. Weird thing: an outdoor light they have made our room not even close to pitch dark even with the curtains closed. I woke up several times because of that.

After extensive research prior to our first visit to Hampton Beach by Wife, it was agreed that this was our destination. We chose wisely. The location is quieter than points south of here, but close enough to walk to the boardwalk’s points of interest, not to mention the close proximity to the beach. The staff here is absolutely friendly and accommodating. They have a parking area on the property, which is nice. Our room, #310 was cozy, but what it lacked in size, it made up for with location. They have a small refrigerator in the room, which was handy. There is a microwave in the room too. The place is smoke free and kid friendly. Once nightfall comes, it gets relatively quiet as everyone that was there when we were there was respectful.

The location is great. Very close to the main strip restaurants and attractions but still not in the middle of the craziness. Amazing view for the Wednesday fireworks on the beach. The staff is super attentive and genuinely nice. Makes for lovely hospitable atmosphere. The place is very clean and has good quality furnishings, very comfortable and the pool is definitely a plus. From what I understood, our room was recently renovated. I'd highly recommend it!

The room was very clean and cozy. Location was great; across the street from the beach. Pool was open and looked nice, even though we didn't use it. Ladies at the front desk were welcoming. Easy check in and check out. Also, we liked that it's a smoke free property. We would definitely stay here again.
